To craft an engaging and accessible online and offline experience for the annual travel retail campaign.
Each year, La Mer launches #ArriveHydrated campaign to share tips on how to “arrive hydrated” at your destination and keep skin looking healthy with La Mer Product in high traffic airport stores.
This year, clients requested more than an in-store interactive experience, but also bring the experience online to be an evergreen website for the campaign.

Sending out digital destination postcards from the future you.
An impressive “Arrive Hydrated” Journey to airport passengers with its 360° experiential zone ideally located in the Departures duty-free area. Passengers had a great opportunity to discover bespoke travel skincare regimens and to send out digital destination postcards featuring their selfie and traveling skincare tips. The luxury cosmetic brand brought a touch of sea breeze in the air, creating a great and memorable experience for the passengers.
