We created a unique retail experience in Shinsai Bashi Japan where customers can sit down to do skin consultation, full sensorial experience of products, interactive space for quick buyers and etc. It turns out 50% increase in sales,

Transform SK-II stories
into an immersive experience

As a leading skincare brand in Japan, how might we utilize technology to design an interactive retail experience to unpack the stories, turn visitors into participants, and at the same time increase the sales ?

To keep all information available at first glance in the cleanest possible way.

How might we create an interactive experience that is engaging, compationate and bringing up a sense of pride?
